I'm Fatima Akhtar, a Cambridge and Edexcel O Level and IGCSE Biology teacher with over 15 years of experience helping students turn a challenging subject into one they genuinely understand and enjoy. Having taught at leading school systems including Beaconhouse School System and The City School, I've guided hundreds of students through the Biology curriculum with a track record of strong exam results. My approach centers on making Biology click, not just memorized. I break down complex topics into clear concepts, use real laboratory practicals to bring theory to life, and tailor my teaching to each student's pace, tracking progress closely and adjusting methods to keep them confident right up to exam day. With a Master of Science in Clinical Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Chemistry from the University of Karachi, I bring deep subject expertise alongside my teaching experience, comfortable both in the classroom and online. I'm passionate about helping students build lasting understanding, not just pass exams and I'd love to bring that same commitment to results to every student at LevelUp Tutors Academy.
